Real estate in Texas comes with required disclosures, and your privacy comes with commitments. Here is the information you're entitled to, in plain English, along with how I handle what you share with me.
Texas law requires that I provide every prospective buyer and seller with the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) notice before discussing a specific property or transaction. It explains the types of agency relationships available and the duties a broker and sales agent owe you. The current form, published by the Texas Real Estate Commission, is linked below, and I will provide you a copy in person or electronically at the start of our work together.
The TREC Consumer Protection Notice explains your rights under the Real Estate License Act, including how to file a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission if you believe a licensee has acted improperly. My license is held with LPT Realty, and my TREC sales agent license number is 745926.
When you submit a form on this website, I collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, current location, moving timeline, and any message. I use that information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to help you buy, sell, or relocate. Your information is stored in my secure client systems, is never sold to third parties, and is only shared with the professionals directly involved in serving you, such as lenders or title companies, when you ask me to connect you with them.
This website does not run aggressive tracking or advertising pop-ups. Analytics, where used, are anonymized and help me understand which guides are useful so I can keep improving the content you rely on.
